What’s My Story?

By Sarah Heath
Abingdon Press
More Details

Most of us only see God working in our lives afterwards. We don’t recognize our story as part of God’s story.  This curriculum, which includes short video clips as well as a leader’s guide and student material, focuses on the Joseph story.

Joseph had quite the story, but it didn’t really begin until he saw his story as part of God’s story. His great accomplishments came only after he recognized the significance of what he had done and what God was doing through him. In exploring Joseph’s life, participants will discover how to see their lives through God’s eyes and learn how to co-create the real story of their own.

This is a 4-session resource which might be adapted for more meeting times. This could be successfully used with small groups, smaller Sunday School classes, or a larger group which divided into smaller units for discussion. The author has a fresh approach which is engaging.
